Yes. Executive retreats and leadership offsites are the most common setting. A half-day session combines group reflection for the room with private one-on-one readings for the people who want to go deeper.
What does a leadership-team session look like?
The room works a real decision together, then individuals go deeper privately. Sessions are built around the decision actually in front of the team, not abstract prompts.
What formats can be booked?
Three. The Session is a half day, The Retreat is a full day, and The Event runs two to three hours for dinners, receptions, and conferences. Each is built with the planner rather than sold as a package.
